To change the world, we need to achieve a critical mass of people who raise their consciousness. To accomplish this, I believe that each person must help themselves.
By helping ourselves, we raise our level of energy and consciousness. This, in turn, elevates the energy of our immediate environment, which then raises the energy of our city, and eventually the energy of the entire planet.
To help ourselves, we need tools. Through the various topics and podcasts on this website, my aim is to showcase as many tools as possible, enabling people to heal from childhood trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, or anything else that’s holding them back from becoming their best selves.
Each person is unique, and what works for me may not work for you.
I am not a doctor, guru, or expert in these fields, but I am a guy who was, and I am still curious enough to read books, watch videos, educate myself, and then try it.
